We collect the following types of information when you use BetProfit Ledger:
Account Information
Your email address when you create an account. This is used to identify your account, send important notices, and allow you to log in.
Betting Data
Betting history, odds, stakes, sports, and bet descriptions that you manually enter into the app. This data is used solely to provide you with analytics, statistics, and tracking features.
Bankroll Data
Bankroll names, balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, and transaction history that you manually enter. This is used to power the financial tracking features of the app.
Payment Information
Payment information is processed by Stripe, Inc. We never see or store your full card number, CVV, or complete payment details. Stripe provides us with a token that represents your payment method. Stripe’s privacy policy applies to all payment data — see stripe.com/privacy.
Usage Data
Basic app usage information such as pages visited and features used, to help us improve the service. This data is not linked to individual users in any personally identifiable way.
Legal Agreement Data
The timestamp when you agreed to our Terms of Service and Free Trial Agreement at signup. This is retained as a legal record of your consent.
Your data is stored in Supabase, which uses enterprise-grade PostgreSQL infrastructure hosted on AWS. Supabase provides row-level security, encryption at rest, and SOC 2 compliance.
All data transmission between your browser and our servers uses HTTPS encryption. We follow industry-standard security practices to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration.
While we take every reasonable precaution to protect your data, no system is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., a PCI DSS Level 1 compliant payment processor. When you enter your payment details, they are transmitted directly to Stripe using their secure hosted fields — your card data never passes through our servers.
We store only a Stripe customer ID and subscription ID, which are used to manage your subscription status. We cannot access your full card number through these identifiers.

Export Your Data
You can view your full transaction and betting history from the Transactions and My Bets pages at any time. You may request a full data export by emailing us.
Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your account from the Settings page. Account deletion removes all your personal data, betting history, and bankroll data from our systems. This action is irreversible.
Correct Your Data
You can edit your betting records and bankroll data directly in the app. For account-level corrections, contact us by email.
Withdraw Consent
You may cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time. Deletion constitutes withdrawal of consent for us to process your data going forward.
We use essential session cookies only. These cookies are strictly necessary to keep you logged in and maintain your session. They do not track you across other websites.
We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or any third-party cookies for marketing purposes.
BetProfit Ledger is intended only for users who are 21 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If we become aware that we have collected data from a person under 21, we will delete that data promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify you by email. Your continued use of BetProfit Ledger after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
