1. About BetProfit Ledger

BetProfit Ledger is a bankroll management and analytics tool designed to help sports bettors track their wagers, manage their finances, and analyze their performance over time.

We are not a sportsbook. We do not accept wagers of any kind. We do not provide gambling advice. We do not guarantee profits or results. All betting decisions are made solely by you, the user. BetProfit Ledger provides tools, suggestions, and data visualizations for informational purposes only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to use this service. You must be located in a jurisdiction where sports betting is legal under applicable law. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

By creating an account and using BetProfit Ledger, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements. If you do not meet these requirements, you must not access or use the service.

3. Free Trial Terms

New users receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all Pro features. No payment is charged during the trial period.

After 14 days, your account automatically converts to a paid monthly subscription at $9.99 per month unless you cancel before your trial period ends. By starting a trial and providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge your card at the conclusion of the trial period.

To cancel your trial and avoid being charged, you must cancel your subscription from the Settings page before your trial expires. Cancellation stops all future charges but does not refund any charges already made.

4. Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly at $9.99 per month. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. Your card is charged automatically on the same date each month.

All sales are final. No refunds are issued after a billing period has begun. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page and retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. After cancellation your account will be downgraded to the free plan.

We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days advance notice to your registered email address. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

5. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all betting decisions you make. BetProfit Ledger provides suggestions, calculators, and analytical tools only. The suggested bet sizes, Kelly Criterion outputs, risk ratings, and all other recommendations displayed in the app are for informational purposes and do not constitute financial or gambling advice.

Following any suggestion provided by BetProfit Ledger does not guarantee profit. Gambling involves inherent risk and you may lose some or all of the money you wager. BetProfit Ledger and BetProfit Ledger (operated by Warren Development) are not liable for any financial losses you incur as a result of gambling activity, whether or not you used our tools in making those decisions.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

6. Prohibited Use

• You may not use this app if you are under 21 years of age.
• You may not use this app in any jurisdiction where sports betting is illegal.
• You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the app.
• You may not share, sell, or transfer your account credentials to any other person.
• You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its infrastructure.

7. Data and Privacy

We collect and store your betting data, bankroll data, and account information in order to provide the service. We never sell your personal data to third parties. We never share your data with advertisers.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

BetProfit Ledger is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

BetProfit Ledger and BetProfit Ledger (operated by Warren Development) are not responsible for any gambling losses. Past performance shown in the app does not guarantee future results. Use this tool responsibly. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, call the National Problem Gambling Helpline at 1-800-GAMBLER.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BetProfit Ledger and BetProfit Ledger (operated by Warren Development) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or financial losses arising from your use of or inability to use the service, regardless of whether we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We may also notify you by email of material changes. Your continued use of BetProfit Ledger after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Affiliate Program

BetProfit Ledger offers an affiliate program for Capper tier subscribers. By participating in the affiliate program you agree to the following terms:

• Commissions are earned at 25% of the referred subscriber's monthly payment for up to 12 months per referred user.
• A 30-day minimum subscription tenure is required before any commission is earned on a referral. Referrals who cancel within 30 days generate no commission.
• Self-referrals using your own referral code are prohibited and will result in commission forfeiture and possible account termination.
• Commissions are subject to reversal if a referral results in a chargeback, fraudulent payment, or violation of these terms.
• Commissions are held for 30 days before payout to protect against chargebacks and fraud.
• Payouts are made monthly via PayPal or Venmo with a minimum threshold of $25. Payouts exceeding $100 require manual verification and approval.
• BetProfit Ledger (operated by Warren Development) reserves the right to modify or terminate the affiliate program with 30 days notice to active participants.
• Participants must not make false or misleading claims about BetProfit Ledger's features, performance, or guarantees when promoting their referral link.
