How We Protect Your Picks

Privacy and security for verified cappers

We understand that your picks are your livelihood. Here is exactly how BetProfit Ledger protects them — technically, not just in policy.

Your Picks Are Your Property

Your picks belong to you. BetProfit Ledger stores them only to generate your verified record. We never share, sell, or use your picks for any purpose other than displaying your verified record to the people you choose to share it with.

Private Bets Are Truly Private

Bets marked as private are never visible to anyone except you. Not to other users. Not to our team. Not in our admin panel. Private bets are protected by database-level Row Level Security policies that are enforced at the database engine — not just at the application layer.

Delayed Publishing — The Timestamp Separation

You control when your picks go public. Log your pick to lock in the server timestamp. Publish it to your followers whenever you are ready. The timestamp proves you had the pick before the game. Your followers see it when you choose. These are two separate things: the timestamp is permanent proof, visibility is your choice.

We Cannot Profit From Your Picks

Our business model is monthly subscriptions. We have no financial incentive to leak or act on your picks. Doing so would destroy the trust that is our entire value proposition. We do not trade, share, or forward pick information to any third party.

Admin Cannot See Your Unpublished Picks

The admin panel intentionally excludes private bets and unpublished picks. This is enforced technically, not just by policy. The admin disputes section only fetches specific bets when a follower has filed a dispute — it never browses capper bet history. This commitment is visible in the source code so any developer or auditor can verify it.

Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Your picks are stored in a secure PostgreSQL database with strict Row Level Security access controls. Only you can read your private bets. Our servers never log bet content to external services.
